City Tour – Southern Zone

• Leave the hotel at 9:00 am.
• Visit Casonas from the Rubber Boom Era in Iquitos.
• Tour to the Malecon Tarapaca and observe the Mariscal Castilla square and the ex Palace Hotel. Walk down the boulevard to observe the Itaya River.
• Brief tour of the Plaza de Armas where we can see the “Casa de Fierro”.
• Tour of the southern zone of the city to see the Amazon Rescue Center (Centro de Rescate Amazónico, or CREA).
• Visit the Quistococha Zoo and observe the Amazon Jungle´s animals, the beach, and the lagoon.
• Return to the hotel at 16:00 hours approx.
